Description & Location
This is a grass pitch with electric hook-up located on the edge of our private watercourse. It is close to both the facilities and floating pontoon, so a good location for watching the action during the summer months.
It is the first pitch on your right as you travel down the grass driveway. Refer to the maps to the right hand side of this page for a better view (please note maps are not to scale).

Pitch Measurements
This pitch has 12m of waterfrontage and is 12m wide from East to West throughout.
The pitch has a depth of 14m from North side (Grass Driveway) to the South side (Waterfront).
Pitch Notes
You must pitch 6m away from neighbouring pitched units, this is for fire regulations.
Shared pitches are for guests booking together, if you book this pitch as a single unit it will not be shared with another booking.
The size of the pitch is for the entirety of the pitch, therefore if sharing the above sizing must fit both units on it and your units must be at least 3m apart.
There may not be room for awnings and communal gazebos when shared, please check sizing and rules.
