Our Commitment to a Peaceful Stay
At Three Rivers Pitch & Paddle, we are proud to offer a peaceful, nature-focused environment where guests can relax, unwind and enjoy the sounds of the Norfolk Broads. Many of our guests choose to stay with us specifically because of the tranquillity we provide.
To help protect this atmosphere, music is not permitted anywhere on site.
Our Policy
No amplified music may be played at any time during your stay. This includes music played through Bluetooth speakers, portable speakers, radios, televisions, mobile phones, tablets, laptops or any other electronic device where it can be heard by others.
If you wish to listen to music, you are welcome to do so using headphones or earbuds, provided the sound cannot be heard by other guests.
This policy applies 24 hours a day, not just during quiet hours.
Please also keep voices and general noise to a respectful level, particularly during our Super Silent Time (10:00pm–9:00am).
Why We Have This Policy
Everyone has different tastes in music, but no one visits the countryside expecting to hear someone else’s playlist. Our aim is for guests to enjoy birdsong, wildlife, the river and the natural surroundings without disturbance.
We ask all guests to respect one another’s experience by helping us preserve the peaceful atmosphere that makes Three Rivers Pitch & Paddle special.
If Music Is Played
If music is heard, our team may ask you to switch it off immediately. We expect all guests to comply with this request courteously and without delay.
Guests who repeatedly breach this policy, or who refuse to comply with staff instructions, may be asked to leave the site immediately without a refund. Serious or persistent breaches may also result in future bookings being refused.
Thank you for helping us maintain a quiet, relaxing environment for everyone to enjoy.
