 We’re Good to Go

Three Rivers is part of the Visit England’s "We’re Good to Go" scheme and follows all issued government guidance. We do everything possible to create a Covid safe environment for our guests.  You can view our certificate here.

If the government guidance changes and your booking cannot go ahead due to Covid-19 your non-refundable deposit will be transferrable to new dates.

What we expect from you...

We leave it as your responsibility to follow the current government guidelines at the time of your stay in regards to Covid-19 restrictions and your personal booking, it is difficult for us to determine your bubbles and households so we trust you will follow the government guidance. All of our pitches are socially distant and we have put social distancing measures in place on site. Please check the government guidance for up to date information and the current road map information.

If you or any of your booking party have had any symptoms related to Covid-19 or there is a possibility you have come in contact with the virus, please stay at home and we can discuss your booking. If you develop any symptoms while staying on site, please do not use the facilities, notify us straight away and please pack away your personal belongings to head home for quarantine as soon as possible.

What we have done...

On site we have hand sanitiser available inside and outside The Boat Shed, the facilities are fully sanitised and disinfected throughout the day and we provide food safe antibacterial hand wash at every hand washing point.

We have installed high power hand driers in all toilet and shower rooms, we have built an outdoor washing up area and have added a coldwater outdoor shower.

There are a few public facilities you will need to self sanitise after using, such as the gate keypad and the water taps, we highly recommend washing your hands after every contact with a publicly used facility and bringing your own sanitising gels to use as well.

There is signage onsite with further specific to our site guidance.

Face Coverings
Campsites are not mentioned on the government site as requiring to wear a face covering by law. Therefore we  do not require you to wear one, we have no indoor communal spaces where more than one household can be at any one point in time, however please feel free to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Boat Hire
Our boat hire is also conducted completely outdoors, please do not enter our internal boat storage area and stay outside of the pontoon area until you have been requested to come board your boats. Be mindful of social distancing from other hirers while you wait for your turn.  Our boats and equiptment are fully sanitised between each hire.
