To check available dates please check our Availability Calendar. If your required dates are available (in green) on the Availability Calendar but no pitches come up below when you search, then it means there is not the same pitch available for all of the nights you require. You can try searching 1 night at a time to see which pitches are available, or if you contact us directly we may be able to shuffle things around to accommodate you on the same pitch (not guaranteed).
If your required dates are fully booked, please follow us on our social media (Facebook, Instagram) as any last minute cancellations are posted there. If you don’t have social media our Facebook feed is on the home page.
Before making a booking:
- Please note Three Rivers is a non-smoking site
- Ensure the pitch you select is suitable for your unit, if you find out the pitch is not suitable on arrival we may not be able to accommodate you and a refund will not be given.
- Protect yourself by purchasing holiday insurance in the event you are unable to attend the booking, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance will be required if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date.
- Make sure you have read and are happy with our Terms and Conditions and Our Expectations.

Important information to assist with your booking;
The Bank Holiday dates below require a full payment upfront, and are set dates. You may arrive before the arrival date and/or depart after the departure date but the listed dates must be booked;
2023 Set Dates
Arriving December 22nd leaving December 26th - 4 night set dates
Arriving December 29th leaving January 1st - 3 night set dates
2024 Set Dates
Arriving Thursday 28th March departing Monday 1st April - 4 night set dates
Arriving Friday 3rd May departing Monday 6th May - 3 night set dates
Arriving Friday 24th May departing Monday 27th May - 3 night set dates
Arriving Friday 23rd August departing Monday 26th August - 3 night set dates
Swan Bay & the River Front Premium Pitch are reserved for groups of 3 camping units or more. Lesser unit bookings are only possible if this pitch is still available within 30 days of a proposed arrival date.
From the beginning of October Kingfisher and the River Front Premium Pitch will be closed.
From the beginning of November to the end of March we offer hard standing pitches only.
