Accessibility Features
Parking and Transportation
- Parking spaces are available close to reception, The Boat Shed and rooms.
- Our downstairs room, Marsh View, is adjacent to the car park and has the capability to have a temporary wheelchair ramp installed.
Pitches
- Most camping areas are flat and easily navigable for guests with mobility challenges.
- Parking on your pitch is encouraged to allow easy access.
Toilets and Shower Facilities
- Toilets and shower facilities are available in our facilities building. A ramp is provided to allow access up to the outdoor facilities. Please note there is a sill on the exterior door to the facilities building. If you require help getting over this please ask a team member on-site.
- There are 2 larger shower rooms for extra space when using the shower for a more comfortable experience.
Paths
- Main pathways are maintained to ensure they are clear and accessible.
- Pathways around our reception and facilities are gravel.
On-site Activities
- Some of our on-site activities, such as craft making or children’s outdoor activity sessions, can be made accessible upon request for specific needs.
- Staff are aware about different abilities and we encourage open communication regarding any specific needs.
