A real delight of a campsite from the moment you pull into the drive. Clean, well maintained, welcoming staff and a nice little shop... but it is the pitches that really make it. Amazing to sit and enjoy all the river has to offer. Lots of wildlife, birdsong and tranquility, with generous sized pitches and camp fire facilities available to hire. Clean toilets and showers, facilities to service your van before your onward trip and a launch point for canoes and SUPs. Two local pubs. Perfect!– James
It is meticulously kept and a really picturesque campsite and activity centre. The staff were really welcoming.– Caroline
Absolutely fantastic stay here.. it was the most amazing experience! This has to be THE cleanest campsite I have ever stayed at. The facilities were amazing. The layout is great, we had a wild camping pitch, and it was beautiful. We had the most glorious view of the river and meadow beyond it. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.– Sophie
Fantastic little site with nature all around, we will definitely return. The site is well laid out with generous pitches, even had picnic benches on the pitches. The toilet block is spotless and warm. Really pretty subtle lighting at night time. Jodi was really friendly, informative and helpful. This site really is a little gem. Thank you Three Rivers, we had a superb stay.– Pam
Wow! We saw this site on Facebook and thought we would give it a try. What a lovely site, extremely clean, showers hot and large. Really friendly staff, the pitches are large, very tranquil like a little nature haven. River is a big bonus easy to launch boat. Have booked return visit already. This is one not to be missed. Staff work hard to keep it like this. – Jan
So impressed, friendly, pitches huge, great location, facilities and amenities excellent! Cannot wait to return!– Stasia
A beautiful peaceful campsite. We were located near the water which was perfect. Huge pitches each, wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Definitely coming back soon!– Jen
Great experience! We live local and still choose to stay. Launched our canoe here many times through the year also. The event nights are a great touch for a little campsite. – Andy
This is a relatively small but brilliant campsite. They have a combination of pitch types to cater for all and direct river access for paddle sports. It is such a peaceful place.– Tom
Love this place… so tranquil, great facilities and pleasant staff. Good walking when not out on the water and 2 great pubs very nearby! – Linda
Three Rivers is a unique and truly excellent campsite. It is quiet and clean with lovely, modern shower facilities (always hot) and a tiny cafe/shop, selling everything from fresh coffee and cakes to local meats for the barbie. Another major plus is the proximity to wildlife and nature, truly stunning views, and a launch point onto the River Waveney - you can hire canoes or kayaks on site too. The aim of our visit was to paddle the glorious river route from Geldeston to Ellingham Mill. After setting out in high spirits we were devastated to discover the river to be totally blocked by a massive, fallen willow tree, a victim of the weekends high winds. Po-faced we returned and bumped into the campsite owner, Jodi. We told her what we had found and how disappointed we were. To our astonishment she immediately swung into action and was soon launched on a boat with a selection of saws and some young men to help her. On reaching the fallen tree she and her helpers set about it and within two hours managed to clear a kayak- sized path through the branches, many underwater. As Jodi said, |this is not our job, but the authorities are not replying to our emails|. All we can say is a big thank you, and we doubt there is another campsite in Britain that would show such dedication to its customer support! Our holiday ended on a very happy note and we will certainly be back. Elaine Bell– Elaine
